Christmas

Merry Christmas! Here are some shots of my first Christmas...this first one is with my Grandpa Collier.

Christmas was so much fun! Here I am on Christmas Eve with Dad, before we went to church:

Isn't that a sweet button up and vest? My Aunt Nicki gave it to me! Speaking of Aunt Nicki, here I am with Nana, Aunt Nicki, Dad and Mom on Christmas morning:

My Aunt Katie gave me my first musical instruments -- maracas! I'm quite good with them, if I may say so.

Here I am, hangin' with the 'rents. Don't you love Dad and my matching Santa hats? We both wore them all day long.

Here I am with my Nonni and Papa:

It was a busy day, and I was worn out by the end!

This shirt is from my aunt Ali, and I think it expresses my feelings exactly. I have such fantastically awesome Aunts (and grandparents, uncles, and cousins)! I was spoiled royally by all of them for Christmas...thank you!

My First Art Projects

Here are my first art projects! It was difficult for me to get my hands open for the hand prints! It took Nonni and Mom to get it done...apparently I have a strong grip. This one didn't work out...I still have clay pieces between my fingers.

In the above picture, I have what my Dad referred to as "pizza face." My pediatrician told my Mom my baby acne would go away soon, and it did...just as fast as it came. I hear that I will go through this again in a few years. What is an adolescent, anyway?

Happy Baby

Hey everyone! My Dad got my Mom a new iPod for Christmas, and she's trying out the video function. Here's her first attempt...hopefully it will work!

This is me playing in my bouncy seat with my turtle and froggy friends. Mom is trying to make me laugh and smile, and Aunt Wubby is filming/producing/directing. Enjoy!

A December to Remember...

It's a blizzard here in Waynesboro! Check out our view from our front door. If you can't tell, that's our car to the right of the red bush. I promise it is there.

We have about 2 feet so far, and it's still falling. Out on our porch it has drifted, and it was up to my dad's waist!

I got to put on my bunting and see my first blizzard! I like being out in the action. See how deep it was when I went out? Crazy.

Dad has been working hard! He's been having some fun, too, so don't feel too bad for him. :) Mom and I are inside keeping warm, making Penzy's hot chocolate.

Here I am getting ready to go out. Check out my cheesy smile...and mom's toes!

Not so happy in this shot:

The other day I was especially happy during my bath, so mom got some pics...I never have a moment's peace.

Here I am playing in my pack and play. If you can't tell, I'm talking to the teddy bears on my mobile. They're good listeners.

My mom found this sweet Santa hat, and I've been wearing it ever since. I've been helping mom do Christmas shopping, and I wear it the whole time. People think I'm the cutest little boy...and my mom agrees. (She still thanks them politely, though.)

This one is my mom's favorite:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AUNT BEANIE! Enjoy the snow God sent for your special day! :) I love you so much!

Thanksgiving!

I love turkeys!

Hi! This is me on Thanksgiving with my special turkey bib (thank you, Aunt Ali). We had lots of family over for the day, and we had a blast! My favorite part was when we all gathered and said what we were thankful for -- not to brag, but I was mentioned by a few people. :)

Here I am on the changing table after my personal Thanksgiving feast:

Then on Saturday, we had a party at Aunt Ali and Uncle Van's house for the VT/UVA game. I got to see my Aunts, Uncles and Nonni and Papa. Mom dressed me in VT clothes from head to toe...literally. I even had matching VT socks on! Here I am on the way to Richmond:

Here we are watching the game...some people were more interested in watching me. I'm not pointing fingers. I can't blame them. I am pretty entertaining.

Here I am smiling, which I do a lot these days.

I was so glad that VT won...it was a great day.
